adequate but with some flaws
street noise cramped room
Street noise was noticeable late into the night. This impacted my ability to sleep soundly. the room size felt somewhat cramped, especially with luggage. i expect better for the price i paid.

comfortable beds helpful staff
I found the rooms to be a good size, especially the bathroom. The beds and pillows were very comfortable too! Complimentary chilled water was available in reception throughout the day. Free coffee was also a welcome addition.

mixed feelings about my stay
disengaged staff street noise
The free coffee was a nice touch. the evening staff seemed disengaged. one evening, they were rather unhelpful when i requested milk for my room. i found the air conditioning inadequate on my first night. the noise from the nearby street was noticeable late into the evening. Though not excessively disruptive, it was still present.

great experience ALL around
great location helpful staff tasty breakfast
location was GREAT near the canal, with many options for meals. staff were pleasant and helpful. I found breakfast amazing with nice extra touches. it all made for a lovely getaway.
the air conditioning unit was not on for my first night, it was a little warm in my room.
